He added digital media to his workload in 2012. Lisa is the Business Manager and has worked for over 15 years in the business. She handles most of the promotional work and social media, and scheduling/consulting with clients. Joe, along with his wife Lisa, is Owner/Producer of LG Alliance. Joe has 33 years of broadcast experience & the creative force behind LG Alliance. He has won 9 out of 12 nominations for awards such as Emmy's, Addy's, and Telly's. Joe's unique style of shooting and editing is unmatched, and he has worked with a wide range of clients over the years, producing commercials, media kits, video presentations, hospitals, fund-raisers, and sporting events. Joe is a Director of Photography (DP) and a Master Adobe Premier Pro Editor, including Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator. Nothing leaves LG Alliance without his seal of excellence.

Lisa and Joe are partners in business and in life and have 2 sons, Cody and Justin. Lisa handles the business side of LG Alliance. She works on phone consultations, price quotes, scheduling, and heavily in social media promotions. She sets the pace for each project and has a special talent for keeping everyone on the same page in any project to ensure customer satisfaction, timely turn-around time and moreover a great finished project with clear communications. That is why LG Alliance has a long list of repeat customers and such a long history of regular clients.
